About EZ Clean
We Make Problem Properties Ready Again.
EZ Clean is a property cleanup service based in Arapaho, Oklahoma. We take on the properties other people put off: packed garages, cluttered rentals between tenants, houses left full after a move or a loss, and yards that have gone wild.
The work is straightforward. We show up, look at the property with you, agree on scope, then clear it, haul it off, and clean what is left behind. When we are done, the property is walkable, usable, and ready for whatever comes next.
We are not a maid service, a landscaping company, or a garbage collection route. We are a cleanup crew for properties that need a reset — and we quote every job individually because no two problem properties are the same.
How we work
- You send details and photos, or we come look.
- We put together a custom quote for the scope you want.
- You approve the scope, we schedule the job.
- We clear, haul, clean, and walk the property with you.
Safety first
We keep crews and clients safe by staying inside what we are equipped and licensed to do. We do not take on:
- Hazardous or chemical waste, including solvents, pesticides, and unknown drums
- Asbestos, lead abatement, and mold remediation
- Biohazard, medical, or human waste cleanup
- Live ammunition, explosives, or pressurized tanks
- Structurally unsafe buildings or anything requiring an engineer's sign-off
- Anything requiring a license we do not hold, such as electrical, plumbing, or gas work
